Most women embark on a maternity photoshoot with some degree of trepidation. It's something a little out of the ordinary and potentially something they are quite unsure about with regards to how they feel about the changes in their body and how they might look in images. I truely believe every woman should have beautiful heirloom images of their pregnancy - the baby bump is long forgotten under loose fitting clothes in the hazy weeks or months after your baby enters this world. And who know when, or indeed if, pregnancy will come your way again. And whether you believe it or not you do look beautiful and I want to take the most amazing photograph you have ever seen of yourself!
The overwhelming response I hear from women (and often their partners) is that.
1. they really enjoyed the pampering and the beauty and the way they felt during the session,
2. they loved it more than they thought they would - which is saying something because it's something most women come along to feeling excited and looking stunning,
3. they are SO glad they had it done and their maternity images are amongst their most treasured possessions. After I deliver images from a maternity session I always get this feedback "I'M SO GLAD I HAD THAT DONE".
It was no different for Jenn, who as a Kiwi, was a long way from her immediate family and unfortunately as her partner works away was unable to attend the Broome maternity session. What a perfect way to share with the world how you looked at such a momentous time in your life - radiant and expectant with new life.
